Using Teeth Whitening Trays At Home

You should follow the same procedure for both your upper and lower teeth. Put some bleaching agent in the tray once both the trays are ready then place it onto your teeth for 15-20 minutes before removing it. Brush your teeth then rinse it with your normal toothpaste afterwards.

 This teeth whitening procedure may be the simplest but you may find it the most effective. You may not get too much result the first time but a few bleaching sessions will be enough.
